For example, regarding:
- Communication
- Mobility (e.g., related to travel, the institution’s facilities, or accommodation)
- Public relations (e.g., preferred wording regarding identity, disability, or pronouns)
- Technical support (e.g., specific software)
- Adjustments to the schedule (e.g., additional time for preparation or participation)

*Providing this information has no impact on the jury’s decision. Any related costs will not be deducted from the artist fee or production budget. No medical diagnosis is required at any point.
