Danielle Rosales

Danielle Rosales is a German-Cuban communication designer and sociologist. Her work involves developing visual systems and concepts for social spaces—in both physical and digital contexts. For her, design is a cultural technique that facilitates the practical application of existing knowledge and empowers people to consciously help shape new ways of life. In 2020, Rosales co-founded the studio Visual Intelligence with information designer Robin Coenen. She served on the jury for the Decolonial Residency 2025 in Berlin and develops workshops on knowledge production and transformation in a museum context.
