Prof. Dr. Jens Schröter

Prof. Dr. Jens Schröter holds the Chair of Media Studies at the University of Bonn since 2015. Together with colleagues, he leads the VW Main Grant project “How is Artificial Intelligence Changing Science?” and the VW “Aufbruch” project “The Computerized Palate: Digital Technologies and the ‘Lower Senses’.” In the winter of 2021–22, he was a fellow at the Center of Advanced Internet Studies.
