Thomas Thorausch

Thomas Thorausch has been deputy director of the German Dance Archive in Cologne since 1995. Since 1995, Thorausch has organized numerous exhibitions on the theme of “Photography and Dance.” For the German Dance Archive in Cologne, he initiated and curated, among other things, the exhibition series “Photographers See Dance”; for the Goethe-Institut, he curated the touring exhibition “Time Held Still: Images of Dance,” which presented contemporary approaches to the photographic exploration of dance in Germany to an international audience.
