Accessibility

The Orangerie Theater is fully accessible, featuring appropriate structural modifications, building entrances, vehicle access, and sanitary facilities. However, a guidance system for the visually impaired is lacking; we therefore recommend bringing an accompanying person or assistant to the congress. This accompanying person can be accredited free of charge.

If you need more information about getting here and accessibility, you can find further details on the Orangerie Theater’s website.

Up to five wheelchair spaces can be reserved for each day of the conference.
Personal assistants can be accredited for the conference free of charge.
DGS translation is available for individual program items.

To take advantage of these accommodations and experience the conference under the best possible conditions, please send us your Access Rider by September 22, 2026. We will treat your personal information confidentially; the data will be deleted after the conference.
