The Fotobuch-Quartett was a guest at the Literaturhaus Köln for the first time and this time, alongside Frank Dürrach and Damian Zimmermann, photo book coach and consultant Alexa Becker and Markus Schaden from the Photobookmuseum discussed four current titles.
Markus Schaden presents the fourth and final book of the evening: “The World Is Where You Stop” by Tomasz Tomaszewski and published by Blow Up Press. A “manhole cover” of a book whose design is just as intense as its content: a horror road movie in black and white that punches the viewer in the stomach and keeps on kicking even when we are already lying on the ground.
